The Fish Hook Grill on Harkers Island thanks its friends for their loyal patronage. As many of you are aware, by using local foods whenever possible (including fresh local seafood/see Carteret Catch below) their specially prepared dishes truly offer a homemade taste and texture. Whether it's their freshly patted hamburger, oyster burgers, shrimp burgers, clam chowder, crab cakes, the various seafood baskets or the daily specials, all the menu items are truly crowd pleasers. They are "almost famous" for the variety and lip-smacking goodness of her homemade desserts. All of their dishes are prepared and served just the way Mama always wanted to! Don't forget to ask about the prominent articles written in "Our State Magazine" (and several other publications) about the food served by this staff.
